A Lawyer and master of commerce, Kadir has over 9 years of experience in dealing with various facets of Indian tax legislation relating to multinational and domestic companies including transfer pricing and tax litigation strategy.
He has significant experience in tax controversy resolution at various appellate forums and in the area of cross border taxation. Kadir focuses on matters relating to international tax and tax dispute resolution and controversy management (including representing cases before tax authorities and tax tribunal).
Kadir’s experience spans sectors such as Manufacturing, real estate, infrastructure, aerospace, auto, FMCG and IT. Kadir regularly contributes articles in tax journals, tax conference booklets and is a speaker in tax conferences and seminars.
